Warranty Information
Monkey Doodlez® products are warrantied to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of 30 days from purchase, and a copy of your purchase receipt will be required. If by chance your product has a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced with an identical size product at our discretion. Please note that we do not pay or reimburse shipping charges. To advise us of any manufacturers defects, please contact us at sales@monkeydoodlez.com detailing the nature of the defect. Please note that should you experience leaks with your diaper, in most cases, this is not considered a manufacturing defect. Please see our FAQ page for more information on how to get the best performance out of your diapers.
Factory Seconds
Factory Seconds are permanently marked with a "2" on the front product label. These are final sale, sold "as is" and are not subject to any warranty of any kind. |
